The processing always relies on principles, notably lawfulness and correctness, in compliance with the current regulations and adopted appropriate data protection and security measures. The consent of processing personal data in the previous subparagraph A is optional, and eventual refusal will not allow any communication on behalf of GI.GA COMPOSITE SRL.
The CUSTOMER will be able in any case to oppose at any time to these treatments, making a simple request to GI.GA COMPOSITE SRL without any formality through email or regular mail with the modalities addressed in the subsequent subparagraph G.
C- Methods of processing
The personal data will be treated according to the following modalities:
- registration and elaboration on paper;
- registration and elaboration on the magnetic medium.
The collaborators and employees will treat the data of GI.GA COMPOSITE SRL appointed as “Data processors” who have received appropriate instructions.
D- Data Communication
Your data will not be communicated to third parties or resold. The electronic archive concerning the promotional communications is preserved in Italy; therefore, no private data is transferred outside of Italy.
For the purpose outlined in the abovementioned subparagraph A:
– The personal data will be able to be treated from internal subjects internal to the Company in their capacity as appointees. Only insofar the processing is necessary to perform their duties, fulfilling merely the required operations during the performance of the same.
E- Data retention period

According to these Articles, there is the right to request cancellation, the transformation form anonymously or the block of treated data violating the law.
The subjects who report their data have the right anytime to obtain information.
